Snotty, but happy

Little fella is a bit happier, but is still a bit clogged up. He woke up fairly early this morning (around 6:30am), quite possibly thanks to the downstream effects of last night's lentil dinner (it happens to the best of us). Not really much else to add, other than he seems to be fixated with the cabinet that houses the very expensive glassware. A love for shiny expensive things? He is his mother's child, I guess...

Weekend photos

We jumped on the Star Ferry with the Binningtons yesterday, and although Bunky was feeling a little under the weather (and still is), we had a great time and he even managed a 90 minute snooze while we lunched at Mark and Emma's. Last night was Diwali night, and our building had its usual Indian buffet and drinks downstairs - delicious.  Not a late night, but oooomph I was full by the time we left. Today has been a quiet one, as Bunky is still pretty clogged up and grumpy.  Hopefully he'll be over it in a few days.

Anyway, a few photos from the weekend so far:

The little NEC modem is what beams low quality, overly censored, five year old substandard television programmes chock full of ridiculous advertisements straight to our television.  Ah, technology.

The new squishface (and other photos)

George has a new face - the squishface. Usually pulled out when anticipating something awesome (read: "food"), but sometimes pulled out when he's excited about nothing in particular: DSC_1231.

And a few other random photos from today:

Swinnnnnnnnnnnnnng

There's a little playground just down the road from us in another apartment building complex.  It's outdoor, and no one seems to mind that kids from all over the neighbourhood come and play there. It's nothing fancy - a few plastic slides, a few swings, and some a nice rubber surface to run around on - so we took Bunky down there on Saturday morning and gave him another crack on the swings.  He clearly seems to quite enjoy himself on them: DSC_1199

Pokfulam Market Day

We took the little man down to the monthly market, where he got to sit in the sun and hang with his mate Sam.  Photos below are of Bunky and a few friends who were also there: DSC_0467
