The App

I’m using Running Trainer - it has modules for 5km, 10km, half marathon and full marathon.

I’m fast tracking the 5km and have almost finished it, and will slide into the 10km program next week.

So far I’ve knocked off 10 sessions in December, and 4 in January (took a break when I munted my back again in late December, and while we were camping in early January).

The App tracking is pretty good, and is a nice way to track progress - I’m currently running around 5:30-5:50 per kilometre (the App counts the compulsory walking stages so the actual speeds are a bit faster - I track those on my watch).
